Whereas our policy is not to cancel orders for change of mind or circumstance, at our discretion, if a cancellation is approved by Management, Vogue in a Vase will charge a 25% of the total order value, as cancellation fee to cover administrative costs and overheads, ONLY IF notice is received by Vogue in a Vase 24 hours prior to the scheduled delivery date*.

Cancellations received with less than 24 hours’ notice will be charged at 50% of the total order value.

We do not accept cancellations under any circumstances for orders that are already prepared and / or are with our courier for delivery.

*Does not apply to the following- Weddings/ Events/ Specialty Orders of flowers, Foliages, and/or accessories,

All special orders which we have been purposefully ordered to meet your specific requirements, including but not limited to all fresh materials, all silk and artificial materials, all containers and vases and all floristry sundries; will be the customers own responsibly to provide full payment for these particulars. 

Vogue in a Vase will not be responsible to provide you with a refund for these particulars if unable to cancel the order with our suppliers.  Part payment and or deposits for special order may apply – please refer to staff, conditions will vary depending on order type and requirements.


Vogue in a Vase reserves the right to decline refunds, if in the event of, but not limited to, a complaint notice more than 24 hours from date of delivery/pick up, the items have been damaged after purchasing due to mishandling from the recipient/customer, customer simply changed their mind, request due to substitution of similar product.


If for some reason you are not happy with the product that has been delivered, you are required to notify us within 24 hours and supply a photo of the product will date stamped and received by us within this timeframe or, alternatively return the product to our shop also within that timeframe.


All gifts and hampers are packaged with care and safety in mind to avoid damage or breakage. In the event a product is damaged in transit, we must be informed either by phone or email within 24 hours of delivery. Should this happen, we are more than happy to replace that item once it has been returned to us, and/or a photograph supplied. Should we deem it faulty/damaged, a replacement item will then be couriered back to the recipient as soon as possible.
