Flowers and products

All prices quoted are inclusive of GST and all prices are quoted in Australian dollars.

Delivery/courier costs are an additional service, and will be added at the checkout.

Substitutions

As Flowers, Plants, containers, wrapping and other products are seasonal and subject to availability on the day of delivery,

we will attempt to match your order with what is pictured on the Website.

However, if any substitutions may be required, our florists will keep with the theme, look and feel of the flowers originally chosen with product as similar as possible to equal or greater value.

If in the event it is considered a major substitution, we will contact you to discuss alternatives.

This policy applies so that we can ensure that the recipient receives the best possible blooms on the day of delivery.

Delivery

We offer same day delivery in the Hills District areas for orders submitted before 1pm AEST Monday – Friday, and before 10.00am AEST on Saturday.

Normal delivery hours are between 9am and 6pm Monday to Friday and between 9am and 5pm Saturday. On rare occasions, deliveries may be made outside of these hours.

We do not deliver Sundays or public holidays.

The exception to this is Mother’s Day and if Valentine’s Day should fall on a Sunday.

While, Vogue in a Vase cannot guarantee a specific delivery time, we will make every effort to fulfill your request.

Deliveries to the Greater Sydney Metro area.

We also have a delivery service throughout these areas, please contact us for delivery cost.

Incorrect delivery address

It is your obligation to enter the correct delivery address details at the time of ordering. If the delivery details you have given are incorrect, a refund to you is not available.

Should a re-delivery be needed, additional Courier costs will be applicable.

Should you wish to send the flowers again it will be at full expense to the customer.

Not home

If the recipients are not home and it is safe to do so, the courier will leave it near the front door, or other protected position.

As a last resort, the driver may knock on the neighbours door to ask could they keep the flowers safely until the recipient gets home.

A calling card will be left under the door or in the letterbox.

However if it is not safe to leave, we will attempt to contact the recipient and/or you, our customer, to organise for the flowers to be picked up from our shop, or re-delivered at an additional delivery cost to you.

Should the recipient not be home at the address given at the time of the delivery, it will be assumed that we are at the correct delivery address, and flowers will be left safely as per our guidelines.

Deliveries to apartments/units.

We increasingly find that when we attempt to deliver to apartments / units that they are often security buildings.

In this case we will need to contact the recipient prior to delivery to ensure that somebody will be home to receive delivery, or alternatively, a safe place to leave it.

If a delivery driver arrives, and there is nobody home to receive, they will press other neighbours buzzers to try and get access inside main doors and leave it safely inside the building.

If it cannot be left safely, it will be returned to the shop for re-delivery at a convenient time to the recipient, at an additional cost to yourself, the customer.

Unsafe conditions

Should the delivery driver arrive at a property, and encounter security/electronic gates, unrestrained animals/dogs, Or other unsafe conditions, that prevent access to the property.

We will immediately try to contact the recipient or the customer for alternative arrangements.

Otherwise flowers/product will be returned to our shop in Castle Hill, and can be picked up from there.

Should redelivery be required, this will be at the expense of the customer.
